Changed your mind? No problem. You may cancel your order anytime before it has left our premises.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days – we usually send the next working day. Most items are sent using Royal Mail’s Second Class service, however, other options are available. Please get in touch before purchasing – sales@saturndisplay.co.uk
Is there tracking available for my order?
Orders valued over £20 will almost always have a reference number.
Orders over £100 are expected to have a full tracking number.
Delays
Unfortunately, from time to time, delays happen and we have to allow the couriers the necessary time to carry out an investigation and attempt to relocate the parcel, although this is rare, we are unable to process a refund or send out a replacement until this process is complete.
Returns and Refund
We do not offer returns/refunds on any Display items unless the wrong item was sent out, or it was damaged after leaving our premises and before it got to you. This does not affect your statutory right.
With any non-display products, we offer a hassle-free 14 days return period, whereby you may return the product(s), so as long as the items are in the original sealed condition and have not been tampered with. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
We take product resealing very seriously and reserve the right to decline returns and management reserves the right to ban those individuals and report those involved.
Refund request
A customer doesn’t always want a refund, please get in touch with us at the first instance and we will do our best to find a solution or provide you with details on how to make the return, for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@saturndisplay.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Parcels are typically insured to the value of the content, you can have peace of mind that any lost parcels (of no fault of your own) do not mean that you are out of pocket. We will either replace the order, offer credit to spend in-store or provide a full refund.
If you receive a part order or 1 or more items have been stolen/lost before they got to you, you may be required to complete a ‘Denial of Receipt’ form before a refund/replacement can be initiated. These forms/event detail may be shared with the relevant authorities for fraud prevention and claims for losses.
